At Hughes Power, we are committed to offering you the best value for your money. We understand that finding the right product at the right price is important, which is why we offer a Price Match Guarantee on our range of generators and battery power systems.


How It Works

If you find a lower price on an identical product from a UK-based retailer, either online or in-store, we will match that price. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that you get the best deal without compromising on quality or service.


Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligible Products: The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications to qualify for the Price Match Guarantee. The item must be new, unused, and in stock with the competitor at the time of your request.

  2. UK-Based Retailers: The competitor must be a UK-based retailer, operating within the UK, with a valid UK address. We do not price match against auction sites, marketplaces (such as Amazon or eBay), or membership-based retail clubs.

  3. Proof of Lower Price: You must provide proof of the lower price, which may include a link to the competitor’s website, a screenshot, or a printed advertisement. The price must be verifiable by our team.

  4. Exclusions:

    • We do not match prices on clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales.
    • Prices that are part of special promotions, discounts, voucher codes, or bundled offers are excluded.
    • We do not price match on refurbished, reconditioned, or pre-owned products.
    • The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to pricing errors made by competitors.

  5. Price Match Requests: To request a price match, please contact our customer service team before making your purchase. Once the price match is confirmed, we will adjust the price accordingly.

  6. Post-Purchase Price Match: If you have already purchased a product from us and find a lower price within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. Proof of the lower price is required as per the conditions mentioned above.

  7. Non-Transferable: The Price Match Guarantee is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

To request a price match, please contact our customer service team with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information
  • The product name and model number
  • Proof of the lower price (link, screenshot, or advertisement)
